By purchasing, accessing, or using any course, training material, downloadable resource, or digital product offered through Utilization Management University (a division of Streamline Solutions Consulting, Inc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the materials.

Purchase grants a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for individual educational use only.

6. Access and Account ResponsibilityParticipants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

 

Sharing access credentials is prohibited.

Streamline Solutions Consulting, Inc. reserves the right to suspend access for violations of these Terms.

7. Payment and Refund Policy

 

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

• Access may not be transferred to another individual.

8. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Streamline Solutions Consulting, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use or application of course materials.

Participation is voluntary, and users assume full responsibility for how the information is applied within their organization.
